Duties and Responsibilities

Register and Capture COID Claims
Register and capture Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases claims accurately on the relevant operational system.
Candidates will therefore need to pay close attention to detail when working with customer and claims information.
Support Continuous Process Improvement
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at improving customer service, operational efficiency and overall service delivery.
