Minimum Requirements
To qualify for these Security Officer vacancies, applicants must have:

Security Officers will control the movement of people entering and leaving the Labour Centre or Provincial Office.
This includes helping ensure that only authorised individuals gain access to restricted areas.
Protect Information and Assets
Successful candidates will help secure the movement and storage of information and assets within departmental premises.
Conduct Security Patrols
Security Officers will conduct regular patrols of buildings and offices to identify potential safety or security risks.
Patrols will contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for employees and members of the public visiting the Department.
Conduct Internal Investigations
Successful candidates may be required to assist with internal security investigations where necessary.
Enforce Security Rules
Security Officers will ensure that relevant departmental security rules, regulations, policies and procedures are followed.
